The museum is closed on Sat–Sun.

THE FOLLOWING MAY VISIT US FOR FREE
- Children up to 8 years old (inclusive) (valid for individual visits; participation in educational programs is subject to a fee)
- Chaperones for groups of students or kindergarten children (up to two people)
- Tour group leader
- Holders of a press card, museum employee ID, Estonian Museum Association certificate, or ICOM card
- Members of the Association of Guides
- People with disabilities and their companions
- Repressed persons and persons treated as such upon presentation of a certificate of a repressed person
- Museum ticket prices do not apply to special events.
The Museum Card is valid at the Museum of Coastal Folk and the Viimsi Open-Air Museum.
